………why use the term assassination, that word should be reserved for individuals moving people in a direction that erks the powers that be, 2pac doesn’t meet that criteria…. of course many would like to remember him that way, the way we like to remember martin, ghandi and jesus….. but the overall truth doesn’t support the way we’d like to remember them….. 2pac was a so so rapper at best…. whoes internal struggles and self inflicted social wounds made him increasing dangerous to anyone who came into contact with him…… the byproduct of his neurosis brought drama his way culminating at the point of his own demise….. he was our very own james dean, because his alter-ego/thug life, won the identy crisis and took over 2pac’s life and career, thus became the leading man in his identy…. hip hop has developed a love affair not with the 2pac that was gunned down In cold blood, but the 2pac we’ve been maticulously working on after he died….

………i have listened to changing faces ass 2pac, you can’t be tell’n project bitches to keep they head up, and pointing out curruption on the police force only to excite crime & murder with your lyrics years later….. pac inspired niggaz to kill each other near the end of his career, the last images of pac the world has is him spit’n at the cameras and claiming everybody from your grandma to mine had something to do with his shooting…… 2pac was fucking crazy…..

    DJ GMF

For over a decade, DJ GMF has rocked crowds throughout New York with his raw energy and unmatched skills on the turntables. He has also given undiscovered talent a chance to shine.

This Spring, Masta Mix Records will introduce DJ GMF to the rest of the world with the release of his debut compilation album, “Love the Game.” The album follows the same formula - pure hip-hop bangers - that has propelled him into one of the most prominent DJs in the North.

“I appreciate the love that my fans have shown throughout my career, but I feel like this is the perfect time to show everyone else what I can do,” says GMF. “My album is a reflection of my appreciation for real hip-hop and artists who have something to say.”

Born in Far Rockaway, Queens and raised in Edgemere Housing Projects, GMF was inspired to enter the DJ culture by his older brother. He did odd jobs including maintenance while simultaneously establishing his name by selling mix tapes and deejaying at local parties.

His big break came when he did a show with Profile Records artist Smooth the Hustler. Later, he hooked up with Tommy Boy Records rap group Screwball. His reputation heightened when he joined the prominent Lyricist Lounge tour that featured Mos Def, EPMD, and Pharaohe Monch.

Other notable appearances have included Black Entertainment Television’s Teen Summit, Future Flavas Online, and inthemixradio.net.

In 2006, longtime friend and CEO of Masta Mix Records, Traum called to take GMF’s career to the next level.

“GMF has the innate ability to know what people want to hear musically” says Traum. “His album is a testament that underground hip-hop can reach fans coast to coast and even internationally.”

“Love the Game” is executive produced by GMF and Traum and includes production by Traum, Poorman, Crunk Squad, and Jemstar Productions. The album is a satisfying mixture of different styles and messages that caters to true hip-hop fans.

A+ supplies a party anthem with ‘Put Your Hands in the Air’ and confidently proclaims throughout that he’s “about to take over the world.”

Man, Dont You Love To Hear Such Ignorant Comments From People Who Dont Anything About The Subject They Are Speaking Of. {Im Speaking Of The Person who Goes by The Name}————>{evenwhenilie}..

Before You Start Writing Like You Have Any Kind Of Education, You Really Focus Your Energy On Getting One, Or Least Educating Yourself On The Subject Youre Trying to comment On.. But Guess Retards Have The Right To Use Computers To, But Should They Have The Right To Leave Comments..???.. I Say No…

  13. 13 RIP Oct 23rd, 2007 at 3:56 pm

alot of stupid comments up in here. to the person who said hes a so so rapper at best, i beg to differ. ive heard much of his work including unreleased and all i can say is wow. the man has furious delivery, and his passion is something ive never come across anywhere else. yes he doesnt have biggie style story telling skillz but even still there are tracks that scream lyrical inginuity(hold ya head/never had a freind like me etc etc etc etc). bottom line, if u like the lil waynes and eminems of this world go listen to em. pac is real, learn about him and his life and you might understand a little more about the man simply labeled as a thug. beleive me theres so much more depth to his music. my advice to anyone interested in the man is listen to stuff he recoerded when alive. not diluted amaru remixs. all eyez and makaveli is a good start.

oh, and anyone ever heard reincarnation? - possibly the deepest shit he ever spoke and to this day still not released. peace.

To all you white mothertuckers, get a life and leave the dead alone. 2pac was a legend during his life span here on earth. Question, why do you mothertuckers hate on us yet you inspire to be like us. Even your only whiter boy rapper wants to be black. Ask him he’ll tell you the truth. Don’t bother responding to me because I’ll never read it. I just happened upon this site. Kiss my you know what!

Tupac was trash! Most rap music is trash! Oh yeah, drugs and violence, what a way to bring your people together. Blah, Blah, Blah. Oh yeah, livin’ on the streets…. it’s such a harsh world. The white man keepin’ ya down. Get a frickin’ job and stay off the druggies! Some will label me a racist bitch. Guess what? I don’t give a rat’s ass! Sometimes the truth hurts.

2pac was an inspiration for those who had no choice but to take what life gave to those who strive to survive by any means, like they say, critics critisize those that can, cause they can’t…..Pac is a blessing that tha rap game needed and truly misses 2day,he changed the game forever, staying real to what he said, but you can’t do anything but respect his mind.he will be tha only rapper getting played 100 years from now.don’t hate tha playa hate tha game…………..

He’s an idol for those of us who truely grew up in the hood, not u rich marks tryin to put down somethin u cant even begin to understand.

This DVD was cheaply made and offers absolutely NO new information. The information they do regurgitate is BS anyway, as they try to make it look his there was some huge grand conspiracy to have Tupac killed, yet they don’t prove it at all. Go on YouTube and type in “Rebuttal to Tupac Assassination”.

Besides, you can watch this free online anyway.

Pac was the best in telling a story at his time. A story that some of you cant and will never understand. I think some of you need to do some reaserch on your roots as black and latino men in AMERICA. Then MAYBE you can talk about Pac. He talk about real things that was GOING ON IN HIS LIFE AT THAT TIME AND MOMENT. DUMB AS******. His was as human as you & I. We all say something today, then say some thing else the next day. Its part of life as a real person. Thats what made him so good. HE WAS REAL. HE WROTE ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON IN LIFE AT THAT TIME. UNLIKE YOUR FAV RAPPERS. Now he is gone and its to move on.
