Keith Murray - Rap-Murr-PhobiaAlbum Review by:

It’s time to once again hear from hip-hop’s most beautifullest thing in this world. That’s right one of hip-hop’s most lyrical monsters is back out to give you the illest rhymes with the deepest vocabulary you can hear. That dude is Keith Murray the man who rhymes with crazy world play that makes you go “Damn did he just say that”. After taking some time off from the music industry Keith Murray comes back out on Koch Records with the new album “Rapp-Murr-Phobia” The Fear of Real Hip-Hop.
Keith Murray shows he still has the crazy bars on the Erick Sermon produced “Weeble, Wooble”. The production by Erick Sermon goes perfect with Keith Murray’s rhymes as this is what makes the track blazing. Murray slaughtered the beat and his spitting makes no sense, especially when he said “On a good night bag hoes that’s bout eleven, matter fact pack a mac that’s bout eleven, that will make ya ass run like Reverend, Quincy Jones even knows I’m the dude like Devin. Like I said before Keith makes you go “Damn did he just say that”!
Giving you some hot lyrical content is “Don’t F*ck Wit Em” featuring Kell Vicious. This is real as Keith speaks on why you should watch the company you keep and why you shouldn’t f*ck with certain people. Def Squad comes back into the mix as the trio with Keith Murray, Redman, and Erick Sermon reunites on “U Ain’t Nobody” Remember how Def Squad use to do it a while back? Well it’s the same good chemistry and expect a killer verse from Redman. The ladies even get their share on “Rapp-Murr-Phobia” with “Nobody Do It Better” as the most beautifullest thing in this world gets with Tyrese for a smooth track with a nice R&B/Hip-Hop vibe.
For you non-rapping ass dudes out here you should take a listen to “Rapp-Murr-Phobia”, because it is the fear of real hip-hop. “Do” is the sh*t where Keith Murray takes you through a walk in his life. “Hustle On” is more lyricism in which Keith gives you his struggle and why he had to get his hustle on. Hooking up with another hip-hop legend in “What it Is” featuring Method Man and their teaming up on this one is great. It’s always good to hear from the veterans who come back out taking us back when lyrics mattered in hip-hop. When you listen to “Rapp-Murr-Phobia” you will definitely smile and be satisfied for the fear of real hip-hop.
