was like whoa, and the way he flipped
that dorothy ashby sample, pete was sick
with it.
I just ran into pete rock in a lobby of
a building in downtown brooklyn. I was
like "oh shiiit!!! i could'nt believe
it. I don't get excited about too many
people. If it would have been common or
jay z i would have just spoke and kept
it movin but me being a producer- i got
much respect for him and i made sure i
let him know. I miss the days of picking
up an album of pure fire and skill i
could feed on for months.
