Mos Def earned his highest-ever chart debut with 'The New Danger' his second solo album, he sold more than 95,000 copies and opened with a #5 position on the Billboard chart. His last album, 'Black on Both Sides', earned a #25 position back in October 1999, selling more than 53,000 copies.

Mos also filmed and released videos for "Sex, Love, & Money" and "Ghetto Rock"

This December Mos Def will be hitting Washington D.C, St. Louis, Chicago, Columbus, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando to promote his album 'The New Danger.'
