Jay-Z, Dame Dash and Biggs Sell Roc-A Fella Records

 Jay-Z and Dame Dash may or may not still be close friends but they are no longer partners of Roc-A Fella Records anymore. The entrepreneurs have sold their 50 percent ownership of the label to Universal.
Universal already owned 50 percent of the label and would have had the option to buy it anyway in the Summer of 2005. Universal agreed to buy the remainding 50 percent for $10 Million .
As a result of the deal Roc-A-Fella will fold under partner label DefJam .
