ODB's Mother Files Exploitation Lawsuit

 Late rapper Ol' Dirty Bastard's mother Cherry Jones is suing production company AGU Entertainment, for allegedly exploiting her dead son.
The former Wu Tang Clan star's mother and manager Jarred Weisfeld have filed a $1.8 million lawsuit against the Florida-based firm, claiming they failed to fulfill deals for a hip-hop album and DVD, while continuing to use ODB's name to attract investors.
Weisfeld's attorney Mary Frey says, "We're just saddened and shocked that AGU would do this, given what everyone had been through with Dirty's death."
ODB’s upcoming posthumous release, The Party, which features production from the Neptunes and the RZA will be released with this spring through the Damon Dash Music Group
