Damon Dash Faces Potential Lawsuit From ODB Widow

 The widow of Ol' Dirty Bastard is threatening to sue entrepreneur DAMON DASH, unless he drops plans to launch Pro-Keds sneaker line with ODB's initials on them.
The legal team representing Icelene Jones, who was married to ODB - real name Russell Jones for 19 years until his death from a drug overdose last November (04), insist rap and clothing mogul Dash has no authority to use ODB's name.
Attorney Steven J Mandell tells the New York Daily News, "Damon Dash Music Group does not have the authority to distribute an ODB sneaker without the expressed consent of the estate of Russell Jones.
"The only person who has the power is Icelene Jones. We'll look into the possibility of getting an injunction." Mandel added: "We put everyone on notice that any money derived from this project will ultimately go to ODB's wife and children."
