Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs Resolves Memoir Book Lawsuit

Interesting enough P. Diddy seemingly will have to pay the book publisher Random House back an advance plus interest. Random House, Inc., and Sean Combs known as P. Diddy have settled in a breach of contract lawsuit over a Book Sean Combs was to write that was to be published by Random House.
Sean Combs allegedly signed a contract in 1998 that stated that he would have a manuscript completed by Dec. 15, 1999 and the deadline was never met by Combs. Combs claims to have hired and arranged for Mikal Gilmore a contributing editor to Rolling Stone to work on the book but later sued In 2001, Combs sued Gilmore for allegedly running out on the project after accepting a $325,000 payment to work on the memoirs. The case was later suspended then dismissed in 2004 after Mikal Gilmore filed for bankruptcy.
