Kanye West Meets The Beach Boys

 New York MC/Producer Lushlife has recently merged the sounds of Kanye West and the Beach Boys to create a mash-up album titled West Sounds.
The album combines the Beach Boys’ Pet Sounds with accapellas and instrumentals from Kanye West’s College Dropout and forthcoming album, Late Registration.
Lushlife follows the lead of 9th Wonder and DJ Danger Mouse, who both reworked Jay-Z’s Black Album. Danger Mouse united Jay-Z accapellas with The Beatles’ White Album backdrops to create the Grey Album. 9th added original production to vocals from Jay’s grand finale to construct Black Is Back.
But West Sounds goes beyond other mash-up projects, as the album features additional live instrumentation and extra verses from Lushlife himself.
