P Diddy Wins latest legal battle

 Diddy formerly known as P.diddy and Puff Daddy recently won his latest legal battle. A Michigan appeals court has ruled unanimously in Diddy's favor in connection with a lawsuit accusing members of his entourage of assault.
The lawsuit stemmed from an alleged attack on TV talkshow host Roger Mills following a 1999 interview with Sean Combs also known as Diddy Diddy the head of Bad Boy Entertainment and Sean John clothing.
Roger Mills alleged that the interview ended abruptly, when he asked Diddy about allegations that he somehow helped cause Notorious B.I.G.'s murder. Mills said that he was then roughed up and the tape of the interview was stolen. Diddy, his label, a bodyguard and a Detroit radio station were all named in the lawsuit. A jury originally decided in Diddy's favor. The latest ruling was in response to Roger Mills' appeal.
