Dave Chappelle's Hitting The Road

Dave Chappelle is hitting the road instead of returning to Comedy Central. According to the "Cincinnati Enquirer," Dave Chappelle launched a two-month standup comedy tour last week in Newport, Kentucky.
Chappelle sold-out all ten shows at the Funny Bone Comedy Club in Newport, Kentucky over a five-day period. The remainding shows on his tour will take him from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania this weekend, to Tucson, Arizona in November.
Earlier this year, Dave stopped production of "Chappelle's Show," before the completion of the thrid season and took a "spiritual retreat" to South Africa. He told the "Enquirer" of his decision, quote, "It was about taking myself out of a situation I wasn't cool with." Dave reportedly had just signed a contract with Comedy Central worth $50 million for two more seasons of the hit series.
