The Game’s ‘Stop Snitchin’ DVD Cancelled
Tuesday, January 17, 2006 By: Kenny Rodriguez
The Game’s Stop Snitchin, Stop Lyin DVD, his latest attempt at discrediting rap rival 50 Cent, has been pulled from Interscope’s release schedule due to unspecified reasons.
The straight-to-DVD documentary allegedly contains footage of the Compton rapper and his entourage hopping a fence into 50 Cent’s private mansion in Farmington, Connecticut, as reported by The Los Angeles Times. The group then makes its way to the compound’s basketball court, where the Game attempts a slam-dunk and accidentally snaps the hoop’s metal rim, running off with it in hand. The Farmington police said no charges have been filed against the Game, and 50 Cent has not indicated any plans of pressing charges.
Other scenes include footage of a billboard on Jamaica Avenue in Queens, NY – 50’s original hometown – where a huge “G-Unot” logo is emblazoned across the side of a building.
Officials at Interscope refuse to speak on the matter, saying it does not comment on unofficial releases.
