Hov can perform an entire concert singing only vanilla ice songs, and that sh*t would be sold-out in 3 minutes.

My joint was cashmere thoughts. Jay was mad lyrical on that album, as well as the second (in my lifetime vol. I).

This album was like a hustlers swan song...sort of like curtis mayfield "superfly" soundtrack. Great piece of work. I give jay props for that one. Should be a good show. I might go see it.

This concert clearly shows the difference between jay-z and nas... Jay-z prides himself on selling out msg, radio city, whereever, in less than a day. Nas celebrated the 10th anniversary of illmatic with a free concert in central park.

Nas had to have a free concert because if he booked it at msg or any other arena, it wouldn't have sold out. By the way, i heard that this concert at radio music city hall sold out quick. I can't even get tickets.

Jay is doing what he was suppose to as an entertainer grow and evolve from his music. So for those who hate on his hustle should just shut the hell up and do better this jay. Nas been in the game how long and didn't do nothing (evolved), 50 cent passed him in a matter of 3 years and that sad. So when they say jay is the best rapper alive they said it right, damit!! the man worked hard and evolved. So you can hate on him all you want corny camron. Kanye west works hard and 50 cent works hard. So to all these othr rappers that don't want to push that album they put out on the market, they won't eat good. Can't blame nobody but themselves. Work hard!!! stop hating, do something better. I would love to go see jiggaman re-live that reasonable doubt. Man!!!

So will every jay-z album have a 10th year anniversary concert????

Nas has said it over and over he's not in the game for the money. He's in it because he has messages to let out. Those who buy his albums are the ones that relate to the story in his rhymes. The reason nas was pushing "hip hop is dead" is because his wife, kelis force him to do it. Nas said he feels funny when he sees himself on magazine cover because that's not what he came in the game for. Time magazine name nas' album their album of the year. With god's son. If you listen to nas' music you'll notice he's not about flashiness. People like 50cent are new in the game they're looking for money and they'll do whatever it takes. If rap had no money they'll forget about it. Jay-z is another hustler, jay-z although he loves rap but he's in it for the paper. I respect jay-z but his purpose in the game is to be a business man. So if y'all hate nas, then find a reason why you hate him don't hate because everybody says they hate him. Nas' illmatic influenced jay-z to 50 cent they scare to admit because they think people will think they're Bia'ches. They don't want to admit it. Nas is not scare he says who influenced him. Jay-z admits that "ether" made him stronger and nas admits that the hate from all around energizes him to write more rhymes. 50cent is living of beefs. His man, lloyd banks album flopped this year. Lil' scrappy album flopped last year right. And watch 50 next album turn garbage. I love 'm all. I criticize when they do wrong to hip hop. Nas has fans who are 50 years, 30years old, and teen
