Update: EPMD’s VH1 Reunion Not Confirmed

Contrary to an earlier report announcing EPMD’s reunion, their performance at VH1’s upcoming Hip Hop Honors award show has not been confirmed.

According to VH1’s publicity department, Erick Sermon and Parrish Smith’s attendance is still not definite.

However, the event is set to honor several artists including Wu-Tang Clan, Afrika Bambaataa, Russell Simmons, MC Lyte, Rakim, Beastie Boys, Ice Cube and Eazy E.

The third annual Hip Hop Honors event is scheduled to take place at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom on October 7, and will be broadcasted a few days later on October 17.

How old is r and b. I think that its bogus for cats to get something like a lifetime acheivement award. But hip hop cats try and drop a album err'year. While in r and b and other genres they drag em out a little longer.
