NWA Gathers Greatest Hits CD/DVD

Capitol/Priority Records is releasing “The Best of NWA: The Strength of Street Knowledge,” a CD/DVD package containing the greatest hits and music videos from the California group that revolutionized gangsta rap.

The release features hard-to-find videos – including “Straight Outta Compton” and “F*** Tha Police” – as well as rare interviews with group members Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, MC Ren, and DJ Yella.

The CD/DVD hits stores on Dec. 26.

Its tracklist is as follows:

That westcoast sh!t...........shows everyone who started that hardcore gangsta sh!t. The westcoast was the first to cuss on records and talk about what's going on in the hood! west up!

Sorry kdennis. Altho i give the west props for being the first 2 introduce hip hop to gangsta rap, the westcoast was not the first to cuss on records. They may have been the first to cuss as much as they did, but not the first to cuss on a record. Still mad props to nwa! always have been a fan of their music.
