The label flopping has nothing to do with kanye as an artist. I am guessing he was not hands on enough at the label and trusted the financial decisions up to his c.o.o. And other execs who probably spent their budgets frivolously. You can't have a good artist (no pun intended) and poor management. Kanye should probably stick to making music on the creative end and leave the finances and marketing to real execs instead of hiring some homie from back home that he promised a job too.

Well real talk, kanye's label was hot. Consequence is nice and common is sick. John legend is a different type of vocalist but he still has talent. And regardless of kanye's personality, he still makes good music. I liked the label and i'm sad to hear its been dropped, but hopefully they will recover from it and find a new home.
