Public Enemy, X-Clan Unite for Tour Dates

Public EnemyPublic Enemy and X-Clan, two of hip-hop’s most politically conscious groups, have announced a month-long tour scheduled for December.

“Everybody that I know in the cultural worlds of music dreams about a tour with Public Enemy and the X-Clan,” said X-Clan frontman Brother J.

“No longer a dream, the reality manifests in December 2006 … Let the word be born: Revolution, Evolution, the Solution. Peace!”

Public Enemy’s original members are uniting – Chuck D, Flava Flav, and Professor Griff – while the X-Clan will be led by Brother J.

Much of the tour will take place throughout California before winding down in Fargo, North Dakota.

Dec. 6 … Tucson, AZ … Rialto Theatre
Dec. 7 … Tempe, AZ … Marquee Theatre
Dec. 10 … Los Angeles, CA … House Of Blues

Dec. 13 … San Francisco, CA … Mezzanine
Dec. 14 … Sacramento, CA … Empire
Dec. 15 … Eugene, CA … McDonald Theatre
Dec. 17 … Seattle, WA … TBA
Dec. 18 … Spokane, WA … Big Easy
Dec. 19 … Billings MT … Shrine
Dec. 20 … Rapid City, SD … Rushmore

I saw the x clan when i was in 8th grade back in 90 with bdp, k solo, and prt at the arie crown in the chi, great show. Rap needs more cats like the x clan and pe today. A lot of these young bucks need the black pride message. Rip professor x and sugar shaft
