‘Hip-Hop Is Dead’ Final Track List Settled

The official track list for Nas’ “Hip-Hop Is Dead” album has finally been released, as the Queensbridge rapper gets ready for Dec. 19.
Fans can look forward to his long-awaited collaboration with Jay-Z, as well as verses by Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, and the Game. Meanwhile its producers include Dr. Dre, Kanye, Scott Storch, and Salaam Remi.
Despite preliminary reports, here is the final tracklisting:

In related news, Nas is already preparing “The Lost Tapes Vol. 2,” a compilation of unreleased material slated to hit stores in Spring 2007.
It is still unclear whether “The Lost Tapes” will be released on the Def Jam or Sony label.
