Is anyone gonna pick up the young jeezy?? i noticed on the charts that his first album only sold like 170,000 first week n went on to do almost 2 mil..

84000 in 1 week is not a flop, but those g-unit members look ridiculous because, one after the other, they drop their albums saying we gonna get platinum, etc.... Ice cube sold 100000 in a year and is happy with that because his goal was making good music for his fans, it's the same story with fat joe. The day where g-unit rappers are going to think like that, they'll start doing good records again.

Young jeezy's first album went under the radar for a lot of people when it first came out. I know a lot of people whose first jeezy song was "soul survivor." in time, people realized it was a dope album, so i'm sure this one will move 300,000+ easily in its first week.

I think it was good the south came in the rap game. It just opend up a new branch. What i do think needs to happen is radio and tv stations need to play the music diffrent. Meaning hip hop is the brand; rap is one flavor of hip hop so is crunk music and snap music. Cause i'm from the east and i don't get the snap and the crunk. Then you also got the common and k.
