Nappy Roots Working On Third LP

Nappy Roots, the Kentucky collective known for their 2002 hit “Po’ Folks,” are working on their third album, “The Humdinger,” due out in the summer.
The Grammy-nominated group teamed up with several producers including David Banner, and Rick Rock, and describes the upcoming album as “some of the most honest music you can find.”
The six members of the group – R. Prophet, Fishscales, Skinny DeVille, B. Stille, Ron Clutch, and Big V – first met in 1995 while attending Western Kentucky University. Since then, they gave recorded popular tracks “Sick & Tired” and “Po’ Folks,” featuring Anthony Hamilton.
