KRS-One, Marley Marl Team Up On New LP

It seems Nas spoke too soon on “Hip-Hop Is Dead” – legendary emcee KRS-One is teaming up with DJ Marley Marl for his upcoming LP, “Hip Hop Lives.”
The album, executively produced by Marley Marl, will set the two artists together, who are otherwise best known for their 1986 feud on recordings “Queensbridge” and “South Bronx.”
“Hip Hop Lives” hits stores on May 22 via Koch Records.
In related news, KRS is currently touring across the country, and alongside De La Soul in select cities. The tour dates are as follows:
