I'm not sure what kind of buzz sparks has, but if he's going to flop jay doesn't need to add insult to injury. Also, dudes like jay must be the king all the time. Read one of his old xxl interviews. He says if someone is outshining him he finds a way to separate himself from that person or gets rid of them. Clearly, sparks must threaten jay (more probably bleek) in some way. As the president of def jam or any profitable label, you have to make good business moves. Releasing omilio's sh*t would probably be bad because he aint gonna sell. If this cat works with some good producers and steps up his game seriously, then i would consider releasing it.

I had an old interview from power99 a couple years back and q-deezy did that interview drill and when he said sparks jay responded "next platinum... He is banannas"... Everybody love da bul sparks aka froggy...lol.. Jay mad cause sparks didnt stay with the roc and def jam.... Hove blackballin him... Jay been a coward on the business side... I don't know about all of this.. Jay seems to be staying more true to himself and fame and fortune than the hood and what he used to claim was real. He said it himself on "hollywood"! i like omillio sparks, actually, flow is tight..but jay probably aint puttin effort into him and his production and that's f*cked up considering this is a guy from his previously owned label! he put him on and now that he's moved to def jam, i'm sure he is choosing to market others & invest in those whom will give him the most limelight and publicity..like i said..i think he's choosing fame and fortune over being true..
