Def getting the album common is one of the few real and skilled mc's that have an appeal if small to the mainstream. I agree with boodah blessed i don't care about the numbers to me its about dope rhymes and beats not if he sells or not.

I have a good feeling about this album, common has been real focused lately and if this album is as soulful and hard as be then we got our selves a classic. I hope it has more songs like "chi city" which is one hell of a song, almost the "new york state of mind" of chicago.

If someone can really listen to kanye albums and say that he has nothing of importance to say and that he's a wack rapper they need to sit back and analyze themselves and ask where do they place their values. Kanye adresses issues about the black race that most rappers today would rather leave alone. He talks about to corruption in politics and everything else going on around the world. He doesn't have to do any of this because he's already making money, but instead he choses to address real issues. Also just because he never sold crack, bust guns, and been to jail he's fake? please going to jail doesn't mean sh*t except that you got caught up in the system. And even if he acts childish sometimes, that doesn't take away from him as an artist..take note of songs like diamonds, pure genius. Also we all have tempers tandrums and etc. He just have the misfortune to always be in the spot light when he does it. People get your minds right because if, ass and titties and busting gun and drugs sells is the only thing that is considered valuable music i hate where the world is heading..by the way rob is a idiot who obviously hates himself that's why he chose to relate to blacks and N*gg*rs.

Common is one of the best mc's out there. Finding forever is a definite must have for this year. Good to see he is staying with same production as past albums as the formula works. I would like to see him to a collabo with little brother in the furture!

Common is just the man, he has grown in so many ways it is ridiculous, and now with brother j back from. X. Clan, conscious, militant minded hip hop is pumping through the veins of a once dying art form, i am tired of this candy rap, and fake gangsta, pimp rap, we as a people need to wake up and get serious sometimes, its cool to play, but not everyday, you have to know when to pray, when to think seriously about what is going on in life and what. God. Is trying to teach you in your daily walk. Lets save the youth and wake them out of there slumber.

This website isn't the samen without all the trash talking that it had a few weeks ago maybe the kids will come back and spice up this website agian. It was really funny for a while. I dont see this album being better than be. Think it may be a step back. But even still, that would be a very good album.

Common is by far the best rapper still rapping, he may not sell the most but thats because people today have the wiorst taste in music they just follow the norm of which everyone else likes...ie, 50 cent, eminem, young jeez, joc, unk, plus many many many more ridiculous "rappers", i dont even think id want common selling as much as them because that would probablly mean he sold out like the rest of them either that or people would just like him because his popularity, not his lyrics, ideas, thoughts, everything that is common and what makes him so inspiring
