Hip-Hop, R&B Back On The Billboard Charts

Hip-hop made a comeback on the Billboard charts this week.
Timbaland, Beyonce, and Paul Wall entered the Billboard 200 at number five, six, and eight respectively in their first week of sales.
TImbaland’s solo debut, “Shock Value,” sold 138,000 copies according to Nielsen’s Soundscan.
Paul Wall also dropped his sophomore LP, “Get Money, Stay True,” selling 92,000 in its opening week.
Meanwhile, R&B singer Beyonce re-released her sophomore album, “B’Day,” as a deluxe edition CD, selling 126,000.
