Chamillionaire’s Album Pushed Back to September
Thursday, June 14, 2007 By: Kenny Rodriguez
Chamillionaire’s sophomore album, “Ultimate Victory,” originally due in March and then June, has been pushed back again to September.
Until then, the LP will be preceded by a free online mixtape, titled “Mixtape Messiah 3,” available for download on Chamillionaire’s website starting on July 18.
“I’ve been hard at work, putting the final touches on ‘Ultimate Victory’ while my fans have remained patient and overwhelmingly supportive of me,” Chamillionaire said.
“Now that the new album is finally complete and the first official single is ready for release, I'm back on my mixtape grind.”
“Ultimate Victory” hits shelves on Sept. 18, and features cameos by Busta Rhymes, Lil Wayne, Krayzie Bone, and Pimp C of UGK.
The album’s first single is “Hip-Hop Police” featuring Slick Rick.
