Foxy Brown’s Probation Revoked, Back In Jail
Thursday, August 23, 2007 By: Kenny Rodriguez
A New York judge sent Foxy Brown to jail yesterday and revoked her probation due to her latest arrest – and according to reports, the Brooklyn rapper is also pregnant.
Judge Melissa Jackson ordered Brown be held in jail until her next hearing on Sept. 7, at which time the judge could sentence her to up to a year in prison.
During the hearing, Brown, 28, born Inga Marchand, informed the court that she was three months pregnant.
Last October, Brown was sentenced to three years probation and anger management classes for assaulting two nail salon stylists.
She is accused of violating the terms of her release after she was arrested earlier this month for allegedly hurling a Blackberry cell phone at her neighbor.
According to her lawyer, John Sampson, Brown has been busy making wedding plans, recording a new album, and developing a reality television show.
