...............thats not how it works, both should get charged regardless of whoes driving the wip... Because the gun wasn't under no one persons set, it was in the [center] console, and because p said he didn't know how the gun got there means he's not claiming the gun in question.... So the other guy should have been charged to......... Either one or two things happened here; either alchemist dropped a dime on the low, or its alchemist's gun, and p is taken the fall because its some how easier that way, or the cops are playing them against each other hope'n they'll start turning, or they just don't believe p's story about not knowing it was there, in which case they still would need evidence.... Having said all that, its still suspectious that alchemist didn't get charged....
