Coming from a city that is plagued my gun violence this sh*t has to stop. In philly we are losing black men to gun violence. If they don't disappear in the ground they go missing from the streets in jail. Instead of t.i.'s arrest being seen as a lesson for young people i feel it may be glorified. That is what disturbs me most. We have to get our head out of the sand.

As i read peoples comments i see people referring to his bodyguard’s actions as "snitching". From what i understand of the definition he definitely snitched. What i don't understand is how the word "snitch" has morphed to telling the cops anything. If someone gets shoot on your block be it a child or not you are considered a snitch if you report what you see. We have to draw a line with this snitch thing. I used to think "stop snitching" was some stupid ignorant ghetto sh*t, until i served 40 days in jail for some bullsh*t and am currently out on $125,000 bail. I think the situation with t.i. Is a fluke. Of course a successful rapper with millions of dollars didn't plan on going on some murdering spree. It's unfortunate that he has previous felony convictions, but think about it: he became famous after those previous felonies occured. None of you know what negative things his fame might have brought him. I believe after becoming so famous he might actually need those guns just to defend himself. I understand that being a convicted felon means you lose your 2nd ammendment right, but losing your 2nd ammendment right doesn't mean you lose your natural god-given instinct. I give t.i.
