Rick Ross Album Postponed Until February
Thursday, November 29, 2007 By: Kenny Rodriguez
Rick Ross’ sophomore album “Trilla,” initially slated to drop on Dec. 18, has been pushed back to February 2008, despite the release of its first single “Speedin.”
As his second album, “Trilla” follows up his 2006 debut “Port of Miami,” which included the hit single, “Hustlin.”
“‘Trilla’ means real enough and was really inspired by Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller,’” Rick Ross explained. “It’s going to be the biggest street album of the year.”
The LP will feature cameos by Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Trick Daddy, Akon, and T-Pain, as well as production from DJ Toomp, the Runners, and Cool & Dre.
