A lot of y'all are happy that jay is leaving because you believe he is the reason certain artists don't get the budgets and promo they deserve, but i wanna see what def jam does now, because i believe it is more of an artist/a&r/management situation than it is jay himself. Do you really think budden would've dropped by now if jay was'nt there? he was on the shelf even before jay took office.
