His skill level is not better than the average rapper. However, he sounds nothing like the average rapper and his content is different. Honestly, it depends on the second single. If he steps his lyrical game up or has and equally poppy hit, he will win. If he sounds wack or tries release a song without a pointless chorus like "gotta eat" (hot beat though) he may be a one hit.
