Donda West Had Heart Attack, Says Report

 Donda West, mother of Kanye West, suffered a heart attack before she died, according to a Los Angeles coroner’s report released last week.
A medical examiner has cited “coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors” which may have led to her death, following a liposuction and breast reduction procedure.
However, the ultimate cause of death “could not be determined.”
The report also says there were no signs of “surgical or anesthetic misadventure,” and that West returned to her home in L.A., “even though she was advised that she receive post-operative care at another facility.”
West died suddenly on November 10.
A memorial service was held less than a week later at Chicago State University, where she formerly served as chairwoman of the English department.
She was 58 years old.
