Snoop’s LP Bumped Up From May To March
Monday, February 11, 2008 By: Kenny Rodriguez
Snoop Dogg’s ninth solo album, “Ego Trippin,” has been pushed up to March 11, after initially being scheduled to hit stores in May.
Interscope has not disclosed reasons for the new release date – although it may be due to the success of its lead single, “Sensual Seduction,” which hit No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart this past week.
“Ego Trippin” will feature cameos by Nelly, Pharrell Williams, and soul singer Charlie Wilson, as well as beats by the Neptunes, DJ Quik, Teddy Riley, and Snoop’s production team Niggaracci.
