First of all, the person to blame is the person who committed the crime. That woman had no part in remy pulling out that gun. When a gun is pulled out, it is done so to shoot. The potential is there for the gun to go of, even if it is by accident. If you pull out a gun on someone, your intent is there. She could have just as easy went into the car struggled for the purse without a weapopn, she had her other friends there. There was no good reason for her to have that loaded weapon if she didn't intend to shoot it. If the gun wasnt in her hand it would not have gone off, by accident or on purpose, and she wouldn't be facing all that time.
