Monday, April 7, 2008 By: Kenny Rodriguez
The RZA is revisiting his futuristic alter-ego, Bobby Digital, for a third time on his upcoming LP, “Digi Snax,” scheduled to drop in July.
As the follow-up to previous albums “Bobby Digital in Stereo (1998)” and “Digital Bullets (2001)” – its first street single “You Can’t Stop Me Now,” featuring Inspectah Deck, hit the internet a few weeks ago.
“Digi Snax” will be released on July 1 via Koch Records.
According to reports, the RZA is still busy recording his long-awaited album, “The Cure,” which he claims will be his final project as an MC. No word yet on an official release date.
Meanwhile, the Wu-Tang artist is also working on another season of the animated series “Afro Samurai,” as well as an upcoming film “Repossession Mambo,” starring Jude Law and Forest Whitaker.
