Foxy Brown Talks Reality Show While In Jail
Thursday, April 10, 2008 By: Kenny Rodriguez
Foxy Brown, who is currently in prison for violating her probation, is already in talks with cable network VH1 for a possible reality show following her release.
“The show will chronicle her life and what’s she’s been doing,” said a spokesperson for the Brooklyn rapper, who added that negotiations are still underway for the untitled program.
“The music business has changed. She’s been away for eight months, so the show will show her getting her life back on track.”
In September 2007, Foxy – born Inga Marchand – was sentenced to one-year in New York’s Rikers Island for violating probation, stemming from a fight with two nail salon employees in 2004.
Her upcoming album, “Brooklyn’s Don Diva,” is tentatively scheduled to drop on the same day as her release from prison: May 13.
