Jay-Z Sets Up Funds For Sean Bell’s Kids

 Rap mogul Jay-Z is setting up an educational fund for the children of Sean Bell, the unarmed man who was shot and killed by NYPD officers in 2006 – just hours before his wedding.
According to reports, Jay-Z is working with Nicole Paultre-Bell, Sean Bell’s fiancée, to establish stock-based trust funds for their two surviving children.
Last month, the three police officers arraigned for shooting and killing Sean Bell were acquitted on all charges.
In related news, the former Def Jam president has finalized his latest $150 million deal with Live Nation on Wednesday night.
As part of the negotiation, Jay-Z will be awarded $25 million for the financing of at least three upcoming albums.
Live Nation is also behind the ongoing “Heart of the City” tour, headlined by Jay-Z and Mary J. Blige, which has sold out tickets in venues nationwide.
